1) лагает сервер или клиент? это как бы важно) 2) смотрите класс InventoryUpdate скорее всего проблема в нем (это в случае если лаги на стороне клиента а не сервера)
После покупки через НПЦ, итем всё же добавляется в инвентарь или нет? Также включи логгирование пакетов и попробуй купить через НПЦ, смотри что будет в логах или ГСе (хз куда оно там выводит всё), если где-то что-то будет зациклено - то закомментируй в сурсах или сюда выложи эту часть кода
